Tmall JD Quality Inspection Report
Product range:
The so-called quality inspection report is the safety and performance test of the product, and successfully entered Tmall and other platforms such as Jingdong Mall or supermarkets, or is a reference standard for consumers. According to the three-level standards (national standards, ministerial standards and the enterprise's own standards), quality assessment is carried out, basic evaluation is made, and the reasons for passing or failing quality are analyzed. This is the main part of the quality inspection report.
Now consumers pay more and more attention to the quality of goods, Tmall Mall, Jingdong Mall and other major B2C websites require merchants to provide qualified product quality reports when entering the mall, third-party quality inspection agencies to issue mall quality inspection reports need to provide products to provide products of merchants to provide quality inspection required information, product samples sent to third-party quality inspection institutions for testing, quality inspection reports, and then send quality inspection reports. Because the third-party quality inspection agency selected is different, the process of the mall quality inspection report is also different.
Quality inspection report testing project requirements
1. If you apply for a store in the apparel, children's clothing, home textiles and footwear categories, each brand must provide at least one quality inspection report issued by a third-party authority.
a) Men's and women's clothing/bras/shapewear/children's clothing/maternity clothing/socks: ingredient content, GB18401 full set, logo logo, appearance quality;
b) Infant clothing for children under three years old: ingredient content, GB18401 full set, logo mark, appearance quality, color fastness to saliva;
c) Home wear/thermal underwear/bed kit: ingredient content, GB18401 full set, logo mark, appearance quality, washing size change rate;
d) Down clothing: ingredient content, GB18401 full set, logo mark, appearance quality, down content, filling amount, raw material requirements;
e) Quilt core: component content, identification mark, down content, filling amount, raw material requirements;
f) Quilt/silk quilt core: component content, identification mark, raw material requirements;
g) Leather/fur clothing, clothing accessories: formaldehyde content, degradable aromatic amine dyes, identification marks, appearance inspection, material identification;
h) Men's and women's shoes/sports shoes/children's shoes: folding resistance, sole peeling strength, peculiar smell, marking marks, appearance inspection;
i) Cloth shoes for infants under three years old: odor, identification mark, appearance inspection, formaldehyde, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, color fastness to rubbing.
