ERP registration

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) registration refers to a type of certification applied by enterprises to the China National Certification and Supervision Commission (CNCA), mainly for industries related to national security and public interests, such as energy, transportation, aviation, communication, etc. The ERP software used by these enterprises must have security and compliance to ensure national information security and social public interests.
ERP registration requires the submission of the following materials:
ERP software application form: includes relevant information such as the application unit, ERP software name, version number, etc.
ERP software product manual: includes a detailed introduction to software functions, performance, technical parameters, etc.
ERP software source code: The source code of the ERP software needs to be submitted for CNCA review.
Safety assessment report: Enterprises need to provide a safety assessment report, which needs to be issued by a professional safety assessment agency.
Enterprise qualification certificate: including business license, organizational code certificate, tax registration certificate, etc.
The approval process for ERP registration generally includes: submitting application materials - CNCA preliminary review - evaluating institutional security assessment - CNCA review - issuing ERP registration certificate.
It should be noted that the ERP registration certificate has a validity period of 5 years, and after the expiration, a new registration application and approval are required.
