First, energy efficiency label introduction

Energy efficiency index (Energy Efficiency Index) is a grading method to indicate the difference between the energy efficiency of household appliances, according to the relevant provisions of national standards, China's energy efficiency labeling is divided into five levels. Energy efficiency standards and labelling have proven to be the most cost-effective way to reduce energy consumption, while delivering significant environmental benefits and positive returns for consumers. More than 100 countries have implemented energy efficiency labelling. Energy efficiency levels are generally divided into 5 levels of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (LED lamps are generally 3 levels).

Level 1: It means that the product has reached the international advanced level, the most energy-saving, that is, the lowest energy consumption;

Level 2: indicates comparative power saving;

Level 3: indicates that the energy efficiency of the product is the average level of the Chinese market;

Level 4: Indicates that the energy efficiency of the product is lower than the market average;

Level 5: is a market access indicator, and products below the requirements of this level are not allowed to be produced and sold.

THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY LABEL IS A COLORFUL LABEL WITH THE WORDS "CHINA ENERGY LABEL" ON THE BACK AND THE WORDS "CHINA ENERGY LABEL" ON THE TOP, WHICH IS GENERALLY AFFIXED TO THE FRONT PANEL OF THE PRODUCT. The information content of the energy efficiency label includes the manufacturer, model, energy efficiency level, 24-hour power consumption, and the national standard number according to the product.

Different grades are represented by different colors and lengths. The shortest is dark green, which represents the "direction of energy conservation in the next few years", that is, the international advanced level, followed by green, yellow, orange and red. The grade indicator color scale is arranged according to the emotions represented by the color, where red represents prohibition, orange and yellow represent warning, and green represents environmental protection and energy saving.

China's energy efficiency label As the first step in the construction of China's energy efficiency labeling system, household refrigerators and room air conditioners have been officially implemented as the first batch of energy efficiency labeling systems on March 1, 2005; The energy efficiency label of general lighting fluorescent lamps has been officially implemented on June 1, 2008; The energy efficiency label of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting has been officially implemented on October 1, 2016; The energy efficiency labeling of the fifteenth batch of permanent magnet synchronous motors, air purifiers, LED lamps for road and tunnel lighting, duct air supply air conditioning units, and low ambient temperature air source heat pump (cold water) units will be officially implemented from November 1, 2020 at the latest, as detailed in the following table: 4. V. Energy efficiency labeling process: Step 1:

After passing the test according to the corresponding national energy efficiency standards, our center will issue an energy efficiency test report. The test report is an important basis for the energy consumption indicators marked on the product energy efficiency label. The original report shall be submitted to the Energy Efficiency Labeling Management Center for review and filing.
