IECEE registration
Product range:
Starting from February 15, 2018, the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization has implemented new mandatory regulations for IECEE certification. The new regulations require that products under control not only require obtaining the COC required for customs clearance, but also require traders to apply for and obtain the IECEE certificate in advance in order for goods to smoothly clear customs in Saudi Arabia.
The IECEE certification control scope products are as follows:
1. Mobile phone
2. Mobile phone charger
3. Mobile phone accessories, headphones, smartwatches, etc
4. Mobile phone battery
5. Mobile power supply
6. Water pump
7. Dishwasher
8. Laptops, tablets, and mobile computers
9. Television, monitor
10. Car charging and wireless charging
11. Lighting products
Saudi IECEE certification process:
1. Fill out the application;
2. Provide CB certificate (valid within 3 years, including Saudi deviation: 220V, 60Hz, British standard plug) and CB test report;
3. Provide the manufacturer's declaration of conformity or endorsement for the product;
4. Fill out the commitment statement and apply for IECEE
Information required for certification:
CB test report (valid within 3 years, including Saudi deviation: 220V, 60Hz, British standard plug) and its CB certificate, national difference test report, product photos, product dimensions, manufacturer's declaration, manufacturer's production license, Saudi importer's business license
IECEE certification validity period: one year

7. Provide a sample (in case it was required by Saso)
